As market competition continues to intensify, marketing activities are enlarging and customer demand is increasingly growing and diversifying. And managers in enterprises are more concerned with the issues which employees in enterprises suit to be empowered and which factors will influence employee empowerment readiness. 随着知识经济的到来,企业的管理理念随着环境的不断变化而与时俱进。随着市场竞争的不断加剧,营销活动不断扩大,客户需求日益增长和多样化。越来越多的企业授权自己的一线销售人员。而企业管理者更关心的是企业中哪些员工适合被授权,哪些因素会影响员工的授权准备程度。本文提出了一线销售人员授权准备的定义,分析了一线销售人员授权准备的影响因素,探讨了一线销售人员授权准备影响因素的作用机制,最后从人力资源管理实践的角度提出了提升一线销售人员授权准备的建议。
