As market competition continues to intensify, marketing activities are enlarging and customer demand is increasingly growing and diversifying. More and more enterprises have empowered their own front-line salespeople. And managers in enterprises are more concerned with the issues which employees in enterprises suit to be empowered and which factors will influence employee empowerment readiness.
