What Missing the Internet Means for E-business: A Case from India
Comprehensively, around 40% of the general E-commerce business houses are associated through internet for various business exercises. This network has an exceedingly high degree of confidence and dependence on the internet. At the point when this internet is disrupted, it affects the organisations. To address this issue, we could not discover any examination on the impact of internet on the organisations, particularly multi-national organisations (MNCs). Subsequently, this investigation was completed to see how these organisations are dependent on the internet. It also studies the means and measures adopted by organisations in the case of internet interruption to limit the negative effects. To accomplish these targets, technology-organisation-environment (TOE) system and self-determination theory were utilised. 36 semi-structure in-depth interviews were taken with the representatives and entrepreneurs of various e-businesses. The finding of the examination has broadened the TOE structure and self-determination theory as political variables and condition factors, for example, scientific, social connectedness and limited time exercises were included as they played a noteworthy part in the internet disruption.
