The proposed antenna element has a small size of 33×5.5 mm2, and it is composed of a feeding structure and a pair asymmetric grounded element. This proposed 8-antenna MIMO array can completely cover the 5G New Radio Band n77/n78 (3.3–4.2 GHz), and good isolation of better than 11 dB is realized between any two adjacent antenna elements across the bands of interest. The overall size of the 8-antenna design is 136×75×6 mm3.
