摘要

随着全球电力传动技术的飞速发展,车载大功率控制器的散热问题日益突出,严重影响了控制器的正常工作和可靠性,成为控制器发展不可回避的瓶颈问题。基于大功率电驱动控制器的散热问题,通过结构设计、性能优化、仿真与试验研究相结合的方法,研制出一种满足车辆环境条件的大功率高热流量控制器冷板。冷板性能测试与仿真计算的误差控制在3%左右,验证了冷板设计、优化方法和仿真计算方法的可行性和有效性,也为电动汽车提供了相应的技术支持和技术储备。
