The population in this study amounted to 113 permanent nurses and used probability sampling as many as 88 respondents. Data processing using SPSS 22 for Windows. Based on the results of the study partially showed that there was a Positive and Significant influence of Emotional Intelligence Variables on Nurse Performance at Mitra Sejati General Hospital Medan by 37.2%. There is a Positive and Significant Influence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Variables on Nurse Performance at Mitra Sejati General Hospital Medan by 38%. Based on the results of the research with the Determination test, it shows that the Variables of Emotional Intelligence and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) simultaneously have an effect on Nurse Performance. 摘要

本研究旨在探讨情绪智力和组织公民行为(OCB)对棉兰Mitra Sejati综合医院护士绩效的影响。研究对象为常住护士113人,采用概率抽样的方法调查88人。数据处理使用SPSS 22 for Windows。根据本研究的部分结果,棉兰Mitra Sejati综合医院的情绪智力变量对护士绩效的正向显著影响为37.2%。棉兰Mitra Sejati综合医院组织公民行为(OCB)变量对护士绩效的正向显著影响为38%。基于决定检验的研究结果表明,情绪智力和组织公民行为(OCB)变量同时对护士绩效产生影响。这可以从决定系数检验的结果中看出,其值为0.359,这意味着情绪智力和组织公民行为(OCB)对护士绩效的影响为35.9%,其余则受到本研究未考察的其他变量的影响。
