摘要

针对人工巡检安全隐患大、人工成本高等特点,以及现阶段电站智能机器人技术不成熟、运行条件较为苛刻的特点,本文提出了采用非侵入式网络摄像头SCADA进行电表识别监控。所设计的系统依靠监控和无线网络实现对电站被检设备的有效信息进行读取和整理,生成信息报告,减少人工巡检的工作量和风险系数,方便相关人员通过生成的报告判断设备的状况,并在必要时快速采取应对措施。最后,以某电站为背景,设计并搭建了一个基于网络的原型演示系统。
