摘要

在实际电力系统中,并联补偿装置的设置对提高电压稳定性具有重要意义。本文通过对电力系统中几种电压稳定指标的比较,找出了电力系统中最薄弱的母线/区域。在IEEE 14总线测试系统的最弱总线上引入了并联FACTS控制器,并通过比较电压分布和负载裕度增强来评估其有效性。并对有无并联FACTS控制器时的各种线路稳定性指标进行了比较。结果表明,提高静态电压稳定裕度的无功补偿的最佳位置是系统的“最弱母线”。
