摘要

当前，随着信息技术的飞速发展，移动互联网的服务质量(QoS)面临着诸多挑战，电信行业尤其如此。在电信服务承诺中，客户满意度已成为一个必不可少的指标。本文在CSI模型的基础上构建了移动网络数据服务质量指标体系，它既考虑了用户满意度，又考虑了技术规范。最后，运用模糊数学理论对移动网络的QoS进行了评价。结果表明，该方法是合理可行的。

A Mobile Network QoS Evaluation Method of Data Service
