摘要

从战略管理者的角度来看,以流量最大化和成本损失最小化为基础的结构定位枢纽设施是组织战略决策的重要组成部分。因此,定位服务提供商的目的是为了降低成本,并在服务网络中创造适当的条件,因为涉及的成本种类繁多,对管理决策的影响很大。本文提出了轮毂定位领域的一个新问题,即采用预防性可靠性方法,在轮毂失效前释放高可靠性流。考虑到阻力经济的重要性,本文提出了防止流量浪费的多目标混合整数规划方法,并采用加权和法进行求解。
