حاجات التواصل اللغوی للمضیفین الجویین الناطقین بغیر العربیة

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى حصر المواقف التي يحتاج فيها المضيف الجوي إلى استخدام اللغة العربية في التواصل داخل بيئة العمل، واستخلاص الحاجات اللغوية للمضيفين الجويين الناطقين بغير العربية. وقد اتبعت الدراسة المنهج المسحي الوصفي لجمع البيانات وتحليلها؛ من أجل الإجابة عن أسئلة البحث وتحقيق أهدافه، وقد اختارت الباحثة الاستبانة أداة للبحث، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج، أهمها: أن أهم محيط للتواصل في بيئة العمل کان مع المسافرين بمتوسط حسابي (3.00) وانحراف معياري (0.97). وأن أبرز المهام الوظيفية التي يتعرض لها المضيف الجوي وتتطلب منه استخدام اللغة العربية هي: -إرشاد المسافرين وتنبيههم عند عدم الالتزام بقواعد وتعليمات السفر. - وعرض تعليمات الإقلاع والهبوط. - والتواصل مع المسافر في الحالات الطارئة لمعرفة مم يشکو؟، والاستماع لمشکلته.وأبرز الحاجات الثقافية التي يحتاج إليها المضيف الجوي هي استخدام العبارات المناسبة للتخاطب في المجتمع السعودي. وبناء على النتائج التي توصلت إليها الباحثة في هذه الدراسة، توصي الدراسة بما يلي: الاهتمام بإنشاء برامج تعليم اللغة لأغراض خاصة. والاهتمام بالبحث في مجال تحليل الحاجات اللغوية وإثرائه والسعي للوقوف على نماذج تسهل تحليل حاجات الدارسين. والعمل على تحليل حاجات الدارسين قبل بناء برامج تعليم اللغة لأغراض خاصة وترتيبها وفق أولويتها عند الدارسين. This study aims to identify the situations in which an air host needs to use Arabic to communicate in his field of work and to specify the actual communication needs of non-Arabic speaking air hosts. The study applied a descriptive survey method to conduct this research and used a survey for data collection and   in order to answer the questions of research.   The researcher used a questionnaire as a research tool. The data analyses revealed a number of findings, the most important of which are: The main setting of communication in Arabic in the working environment of air hosts is with passengers. The Arithmetic average of the subjects is (3.00) and a standard deviation of (0.97).The most important tasks that an air host is exposed to and which requires the use of Arabic are: Advising  and guiding  passengers in case of non-commitment   with travel rules. Giving takeoff and landing instructions. Communicating with the passengers in case of emergency and checking to find out complains and problems. The most prominent cultural needs of an air host are the use of appropriate phrases to communicate with the Saudi society. Based on the results obtained, the study presented a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: Paying attention to establish programs for learning languages for special purposes. Conducting research in the field that analyzes language needs and to find Models that facilitate the analysis of students' needs… Work on the analysis of the needs of students before building language programs for special purposes and arrange them according to priority among learners.
