摘要

提出了一种基于单共面波导(CPW)和缺陷接地结构(DGS)的陷波带紧凑型超宽带(UWB)带通滤波器(BPF),该滤波器能有效抑制系统间的电磁干扰,且易于集成,保证了系统的抗扰性和小型化。该滤波器利用一对数字间耦合线和微带线实现超宽带特性,其接地层位于微带数字间结构的两侧。在两个接地层上分别嵌入一对螺旋环,得到可调缺口带,从而得到双缺口带。实验结果表明,所设计的滤波器带宽为2.2 ~ 11.8 GHz (-3 dB带宽),中心频率为7 GHz时的分数带宽为137%,陷波带可在5.01 ~ 10.26 GHz范围内任意改变。
