摘要

本文提出了一种新型的高频变压器连接全桥式软开关移相PWM控制方案。在所提出的软开关变换器拓扑结构中,采用抽头电感滤波器实现DC-DC变换器的宽负载变化范围的软开关PWM恒频工作,使循环电流最小。该变换器采用无损缓冲电容,前置桥腿有源电源开关采用ZVS,后置桥腿有源电源开关采用高频变压器寄生漏感元件和抽头电感滤波器。实验结果表明,该软开关DC-DC变换器的有效性得到了验证。在较宽的负载变化范围内,实际效率可达94%。
