So, to address the gap, the current research article studied CSR from an employee’s point of view and investigated whether employees differ in perception regarding various CSR initiatives adopted by their company. The findings suggest that employee’s perception is not significantly different regarding CSR initiatives and thematic areas. Each employee responded positively regarding their company’s involvement in social and environmental projects.
