摘要

对于卷绕系统来说,调直控制是保证卷绕质量的重要环节。本文提出了一种采用前调直机构和后调直辊的卷绕控制系统,以实现卷绕带的前后侧向对中。前调直机构使用一组伺服电机和滚珠丝杠,使前调直滚子围绕位于滚子中点的铰链倾斜。后调直辊由两端的两组伺服电机和滚珠丝杠驱动,使其倾斜,进行后调直控制。推导了前后调直控制绕组系统的数学模型,设计了相应的控制器。仿真和实验结果表明,所提出的调直控制卷绕系统能够实现良好的前后调直控制。
