The research method with a quantitative approach uses data collection techniques, namely questionnaires and documentation. While the data analysis technique uses a simple regression analysis formula. The population in this study were all students of class IX.4, totaling 36 students. The results showed that the effect of interpersonal communication on teachers of Islamic cultural history reached 64.32% and the influence of student learning motivation reached 60.73%. 摘要

本研究旨在探讨伊斯兰文化历史教师的人际交往对Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Indragiri Hilir伊斯兰学校IX.4班学生学习动机的影响。研究方法与定量方法使用数据收集技术,即问卷调查和文件。而数据分析技术则采用简单的回归分析公式。本研究的总体为IX.4班的学生,共36人。结果表明,人际交往对伊斯兰文化史教师的影响达64.32%,对学生学习动机的影响达60.73%。伊斯兰文化史教师的人际交往对IX.4班学生的学习动机也有影响,用F count≥F表表示,则Ho被拒绝,表示显著,即F count 10.43≥F表4.13,则Ho被拒绝,Ha被接受。
