Before treatment is started it is necessary to analyze the condition of the dentition and the patient's profile. When selection the therapeutic plan, we have to determine the future position of the incisors and predict the influence of the new position of the incisors on the patient's profile. The author describes the procedure during reconstruction of the position of the incisors and the mutual position of the lips.
