摘要

视觉检测系统应用于各种生产系统中。目视检验系统用于保持产品质量。但是,在传统的系统中存在着一些缺陷,而这些缺陷在检测中并没有得到足够的可靠性。为了解决这一问题,引入了最佳图像处理滤波器的自动生成系统,该系统针对这类缺陷提取图像的适当特征,以提高识别率。该系统利用神经网络方法和共现直方图图像生成两种滤波器,分别检测边缘模糊缺陷和缺陷图像分布广泛的缺陷。实验表明,所生成的滤波器具有较好的识别率。
