Mathematical modeling methods and multi-objective optimization algorithms can be applied to support decision-makers to have an overview on resource distribution with balancing the costs of constrain factors. In this work, a multi-objective model is constructed and analyzed by multi-objective optimization algorithms. Furthermore, an embedded global and local optimization algorithm based on particle swarm optimization and simulated annealing is proposed and applied to the model analysis. Simulation results show that applied and proposed algorithms can effectively analyze the constructed model and adaptively analyze the materials distribution. 摘要

为了挽救生命,减少财产损失,对地震灾害发生后的救援物资分配进行有效的规划和调度至关重要。由于时间、救援资源数量等约束因素的不同,需要基于多目标方法对分配方案进行智能分析和设计。可以采用数学建模方法和多目标优化算法,支持决策者在平衡约束因素成本的情况下对资源分配进行概述。在本工作中,构建了一个多目标模型,并采用多目标优化算法进行了分析。在此基础上,提出了一种基于粒子群优化和模拟退火的嵌入式全局和局部优化算法,并将其应用于模型分析。仿真结果表明,所提出的算法能够有效地分析所构建的模型并自适应分析物料分布。为灾害救援调度的相关决策提供有益的参考。
