摘要

为解决失效型硬件木马难以检测的问题,本文以失效型硬件木马为研究对象,提出了基于状态转移图的失效型硬件木马检测原理。设计并实现了检测算法,并对其正确性进行了相关论证。实验测试表明,所提出的检测算法能够有效检测出组合逻辑和时序逻辑硬件芯片中的硬件木马,理想检测准确率为100%,实际成功率为92.8%,误检率为7.14%。
