The role of analyzing factors of volunteering (individual, motivational, contextual etc.) allows for enhancing quality of volunteers’ work, and attracting new members in volunteer organizations. The specific of organization of volunteering at the university is engagement of this activity in the processes of education and upbringing. In this research, two methods were used: student survey and semi-formalized interviews with the representatives of volunteer center of Udmurt State University. For the analysis of factors of volunteering, three groups of factors were chosen: factors of social status (gender, year of study, level of study); socio-psychological characteristics (altruism, collectivism), and social factors (having volunteers among relatives and friends, social activity, previous experience of volunteering). The analysis has demonstrated that students’ social characteristics do not significantly correlate with volunteering. Among socio-psychological factors, the altruism was the most significant. As the social factor, the social activity in different spheres of student life, and previous experience of volunteering were important correlates of volunteering. Stimulation of volunteering must be connected with other forms of student activity: education, research, and development, and with preparation for the future job.","PeriodicalId":263017,"journal":{"name":"Вестник Удмуртского университета. 摘要

本文从管理的角度考虑学生志愿服务的研究因素。分析志愿服务的因素(个人,动机,环境等)的作用可以提高志愿者工作的质量,并吸引志愿者组织的新成员。大学志愿服务组织的具体内容是在教育和成长过程中参与这项活动。在本研究中,采用了两种方法:学生调查和半正式的访谈与志愿者中心的代表乌德穆尔特州立大学。为了分析志愿服务的因素,我们选择了三组因素:社会地位因素(性别、学习年份、学习水平);社会心理特征(利他主义、集体主义)和社会因素(亲戚和朋友中有志愿者、社会活动、以前的志愿者经历)。分析表明,学生的社会特征与志愿活动没有显著的相关性。在社会心理因素中,利他主义是最显著的。作为社会因素,学生生活中不同领域的社会活动和以前的志愿者经历是志愿者活动的重要相关因素。鼓励志愿活动必须与其他形式的学生活动联系起来:教育、研究和发展,并为未来的工作做准备。
