Relevance. The development of human potential affects the socio-economic development of society, the levels of the most important macroeconomic indicators. The deterioration of health leads to a reduction in working capacity and this negatively affects the economic growth of organizations, enterprises and the country as a whole. In order to improve the well-being and quality of life of Russian citizens, to motivate the formation of a healthy -October 2014, by the Decree of the President of Russia, the All-Russian Physical Culture and Sports Complex “Ready for Labor and Defense (FVSK GTO)” was restored.
