摘要

为了缩短汽车AMT换挡过程的动力中断时间,抑制换挡冲击,针对换挡执行器的控制问题,提出了AMT变参数换挡过程控制策略。该方法根据同步器的工作特点,将换挡过程分为三个阶段,并采用不同的控制策略。根据模糊控制理论,建立模糊判据规则,自动确定同步器换挡过程的阶段边界点,并在每个阶段采用不同的电机换挡控制策略。它通过冗余判断的方式监控换挡过程是否正常。试验结果表明,该方法能有效缩短移位时间。
