摘要

本文提出了一种用于ku波段的单层线偏振反射阵元——同心圆方环。通过用变容二极管连接两个环来实现变容负载,从而调节反射元件的反射相位。利用全波电磁场模拟器cst,实现了单元件在标准波导中进行精确测量的仿真。测量结果表明,附加变容二极管的元件在0 ~ 20v电压范围内具有良好的反射相位改变能力。
