摘要

脉冲发生器是电火花加工的关键设备。针对传统电火花加工脉冲发生器的缺点,设计了一种基于VB和单片机的新型脉冲发生器。实现了仿真和与单片机的串行通信,上位机可在较宽的范围内调节脉冲宽度、脉冲周期和相序差。仿真实验结果表明,脉冲参数可方便地调节,易于理解脉冲参数对工艺性能的影响。

Experimental design of EDM pulse generator based on VB and SCM
Pulse generator is the key equipment of electrical discharge machining (EDM).
