Using stratified sampling method, combined with data mining technology to detect abnormal network operation data, switching communication network access channels, developing link control procedures, using three-scale analytic hierarchy process to identify key nodes, sending information symbols and check symbols at the same time, eliminating the problem of information dispersion, setting fault early warning mode. 摘要

在电网运维过程中,目前的故障预警技术存在接入通道单一的问题,导致误判较多。本文对电力通信网络运行中关键节点的故障预警技术进行了研究。采用分层抽样方法,结合数据挖掘技术检测异常网络运行数据,切换通信网络接入通道,制定链路控制程序,采用三尺度层次分析法识别关键节点,同时发送信息符号和检查符号,消除信息分散问题,设置故障预警模式。实验结果表明:所设计的故障预警技术与其他两种预警技术相比,平均误判次数分别为8.06、9.8、10.06,证明所设计的故障预警技术具有更高的使用价值。
