The localized field modulation has been applied to this structure to investigate the variation trends of the quality factor Q and transmission T. When Lx=9, Ly=11 and the surrounding Al2O3 rods were moved towards the defect center for 0.1a, the transmission T and the quality factor Q are achieved at 70% and 8042, respectively.
