This research was conducted at Bank BTN Syariah Bekasi Branch Office. This study uses quantitative methods with data analysis techniques using SEM PLS (Structural Equation Model - Path Least Square) analysis. Based on the results of the analysis it is known that Quality of Work Life has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Bank BTN Syariah employees, Burnout also has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Bank BTN Syariah Bekasi Branch Office employees. 摘要

本研究的目的是确定工作生活质量和倦怠对BTN伊斯兰贝卡西分行员工绩效的影响。这项研究是在BTN伊斯兰贝卡西分行进行的。本研究采用定量方法和数据分析技术,使用结构方程模型-路径最小二乘分析。根据分析结果可知,工作生活质量对Bank BTN Syariah员工的绩效有积极显著的影响,倦怠对Bank BTN Syariah Bekasi分行员工的绩效也有积极显著的影响。这说明公司提供的工作生活质量越好,产生的绩效越高,而倦怠管理的水平越高,会影响公司员工的绩效。
