Resonant properties of ordered carbon nanotube arrays
In this contribution we report mechanical resonance properties of ordered carbon nanotube arrays as elements of microwave and acoustic nanoelectromechanical systems in continuum approximation for frequency range 0.1 MHz - 70 GHz.
