This paper focuses on the professional ethics cultivation of young teachers in colleges and universities, expounds the role of universities and the mission of teachers, analyses the problems existing in the professional development and moral cultivation of young teachers, and explores the basic ways to improve the professional quality of young teachers from three aspects: rational deployment, full-time learning and creating an atmosphere.
