摘要

本研究分析了组织承诺与工作中可持续行为的关系,验证了承诺纽带对公职人员亲环境行为的影响。因此,对位于巴西东北部Piauí州的联邦教育机构的74名员工进行了调查。结果表明,承诺的情感维度影响工作行为的可持续性。因此,我们认为,员工通过情感基础(即个人对组织的归属感)建立的纽带,对所分析的公共组织中员工的亲环境行为产生了积极影响。
