The development of cutting-edge technology makes this smart capability to be applied to any device, as well as the ability of devices to interact with each other’s through internet network.IoT as a vital aspect in Industry 4.0, is broadly embodied in smart city (policy driven), smart industry (business driven), and smart life (experience driven) solution. Utilizing the capabilities of Industrial IoT rightly can lead Nusantara appropriate development as a large archipelago and agrarian area that rich of natural resources. This research investigates the concept and IoT’s use cases against variety of socioeconomic and specific geographic challenges, then evaluate based on PESTLE strategic analysis for the external and internal.
