Young people, in particular, are diagnosed with femoroacetabular impingement (FAI) and suffer mild chondral defects. The video shows the treatment of one of these cases. An «outside to inside» approach is used, which includes, a vertical capsulotomy and detachment of the ileo-femoral ligament, reinsertion of the labrum.
