Simulation of Permanent Magnet Surface Mounted Synchronous Generator
This paper presents the simulation results of a Surface Mounted Permanent Magnet Synchronous Generator (SMPMSG) for varying rotor diameter and stator core lengths. Samarium cobalt magnet is used for the rotor. The simulation of the SMPMSG was done using the software package Infolitica/ Magnet.
