The operating frequency of the imaging system is from 220GHz to 325GHz. A modified range migration algorithm is adopted after a phase calibration. As a result, drugs in the medicine box with missing one are detected via the 3-D THz imaging system with a high resolution. 摘要

提出了一种基于三维太赫兹成像的药箱内药物无损检测方法。利用高分辨率、穿透性和安全性的特点,无需打开医疗箱即可完成无损检测。主动三维太赫兹成像系统由矢量网络分析仪、太赫兹扩频装置、太赫兹天线和机械扫描系统组成。成像系统工作频率为220GHz ~ 325GHz。相位校正后,采用改进的距离偏移算法。这样一来,缺少一颗药的药箱里的药物就可以通过高分辨率的3-D太赫兹成像系统进行检测。三维成像结果与实际相符,证明了基于三维太赫兹成像的药箱内药物检测方法的有效性。
