Despite the great advantages of DevOps and its promising future, it is agreed that the knowledge around it is scattered across different sources. Several attempts have been done to define DevOps but still there is lack of worldwide agreed definition of DevOps and, in addition, its principles and best practices are not unified; and few are explained based on a narrow context. In this paper, we present a unified view of DevOps's principles and practice.
