摘要

本研究旨在分析因Covid-19感染而自我隔离的员工的法律保护规定。此外,还有关于预防和控制Covid-19大流行的工人/人力保护和业务连续性的最新规定。这是一项采用成文法方法的司法规范研究。本研究的发现表明,受新冠肺炎影响的公司对自我隔离员工的法律保护方案在一些政府法规中有所规定。因此,主要是企业主应该全额支付员工工资,并根据既定规定提供病假。

Legal Protection for Company Employees Who Are Under Self-Isolation Caused by Covid-19 Infection in Indonesia
This study aimed at analyzing regulations concerning legal protection for employees who are under self-isolation caused by Covid-19 infection.
