Affected by the COVID-2019, almost all colleges and universities across the country have decided to postpone the start date. College students are characterized by a wide range of personnel sources, and many uncertain and complex factors on the way back. Therefore, Major universities should take measures to prevent and control the epidemic, and arrange for students to return to Campus under the premise of traveling in batches according to regional location and personnel characteristics. Geographic Information System (GIS) is a computer system used for collecting, storing, processing, analyzing, and displaying geospatial data, which provides important technical support for real-time epidemic transmission monitoring, emergency resource management, comprehensive social governance, public cognition, and other aspects. 2019年新型冠状病毒病(COVID-2019)是引起全球广泛关注的国际突发公共卫生事件。受新冠肺炎疫情影响,全国几乎所有高校都决定推迟开学日期。大学生的特点是人员来源广泛,返乡途中有许多不确定和复杂的因素。因此,各大高校应采取防控措施,根据区域位置和人员特点,在分批出行的前提下,安排学生返校。地理信息系统(Geographic Information System, GIS)是用于采集、存储、处理、分析和显示地理空间数据的计算机系统,为疫情传播实时监测、应急资源管理、社会综合治理、公众认知等方面提供重要的技术支撑。本文的目的是研究疫情下GIS在高校返校措施制定中的应用,并给出分批开学和错开开学的初步策略。
