As solar PV panels are directly exposed to weather conditions and this leads dust deposit on the panels. This will reduces the solar panel efficiency and periodical cleaning is required to keep the panel efficiency at maximum level. The manual cleaning of panel is expensive and inefficient. In this paper, an automatic and efficient system is devolved panel cleaning. The proposed system uses cylindrical brush for cleaning and is driven DC motor controlled by L298N motor driver. Arduino Uno is used to control the cleaning system and it also enables the remote controlling of the system.
