In order for a corporation to maximize the impact of its online communication, it should use a combination of the following methods for analyzing its brand: customer surveys and feedback forms, data collection from social media channels, website analytics, and search engine optimization (SEO). Moreover, tools such as A/B testing, keyword research and competitor analysis can help organizations to determine which strategies are working and how to optimize their efforts.
