摘要

根据BS EN167标准,由于被测护目镜与像面之间的距离约为2m,通常需要两名操作人员进行棱镜折射功率的测量。此外,棱镜折射率测量仪器通常使用人眼进行测量,人眼观察测量模式会产生较大的测量不确定度。因此,本研究提出了一种集机器视觉、图像分析和处理于一体的无需人工操作的棱镜折射功率自动测量仪。实验结果表明,该折光功率自动测量仪精度高,重复性好。
