Stunting can cause cognitive development disorders in toddlers. Standby husband education (ESS) is one of the educational solutions offered to prevent stunting in babies carried by mothers during pregnancy. This community service aims to increase knowledge and develop attitudes in the working area of the North Singkawang Health Center 1. The sample in this study was 40 Respondents of husband of a primigravida pregnant woman undergoing treatment at the Singkawang Utara I Public Health Center. This Community Service was carried out within a span of 10 months from the preparation of proposals, permits, field surveys, interventions, data analysis to the collection of reports. The implementation of community service is evaluated based on the level of knowledge and attitude in efforts to prevent stunting using a knowledge and attitude questionnaire. The results of the knowledge level of the respondents after being given socialization as big 65% with a good level of knowledge and 35% with a fairly good level of knowledge. The attitude of the respondents after being given socialization as big 100% with a positive attitude category. 摘要
发育迟缓或身材矮小是印度尼西亚的一个主要健康问题。发育迟缓会导致幼儿认知发育障碍。备用丈夫教育(ESS)是提供的一种教育解决方案,以防止母亲在怀孕期间携带的婴儿发育迟缓。这项社区服务的目的是在北新卡旺保健中心的工作区域增加知识和发展态度。本研究的样本为40名在Singkawang Utara I公共卫生中心接受治疗的初诊孕妇的丈夫。从准备提案、许可证、实地调查、干预、数据分析到收集报告,这项社区服务在10个月内完成。使用知识和态度问卷,根据预防发育迟缓工作中的知识和态度水平评估社区服务的实施情况。被调查者经过社会化后的知识水平结果为65%的人知识水平较好,35%的人知识水平较好。被调查者在接受社会化后的态度为100%,态度为积极。这项社区服务的预期结果可作为公共卫生中心/卫生办公室预防发育迟缓项目的参考。
