摘要

本研究旨在考察(1)工作纪律的领导与监督,(2)工作纪律的领导,(3)工作纪律的监督的效果。这里的人口都是在PT. Fatarindo Cemerlang cccod Singaraja工作的员工,共有38名员工。基于所研究问题的特点,本研究采用因果定量研究设计。使用的数据分析技术是多元线性回归分析技术。结果表明:(1)领导和监督显著影响工作纪律,(2)领导对工作纪律有显著影响,(3)监督对工作纪律有显著影响。
