摘要

外形设计是运载火箭概念设计阶段的重要组成部分之一,它直接影响运载火箭的整体气动性能。为了帮助用户快速选择运载火箭的概念设计方案,本研究设计并实现了基于参数化方法的运载火箭设计软件,涉及运载火箭总体设计领域。软件采用模型线设计的方法,考虑各种类型的母线,得到了运载火箭的参数化形状,并生成了运载火箭的曲面网格;从网格边长比、网格歪斜角和网格翘曲角三个方面对网格质量进行了测试;利用运载火箭外形数据生成标准格式的STL文件,可用于气动工程估算、运载火箭整体优化、CFD计算、数控加工等。
