摘要:针对分段收获中需要人工采摘马铃薯的情况,设计了一种可以代替人工采摘马铃薯的小型自走式马铃薯采摘机。分析了马铃薯采摘机的采摘装置、输送装置等结构参数对采摘效果的影响;然后利用DEM软件对采收过程和输送过程进行模拟;最后,选择最优结构参数。该机采用电机驱动,取料率高,运转速度快,结构紧凑,重量轻,适用于中国西南丘陵地区小块种植。
