摘要

出于安全考虑,核电站周边区域保持空置状态。在风速适宜的情况下,可在核电站周围的无人区设置风力发电机组,以增加发电量。本文提出了一种核-风混合动力系统。由比例控制器、积分控制器和导数控制器组成的综合混合动力系统实现了频率和功率的自动发电控制。控制器采用齐格勒尼科尔斯、非线性控制设计和人工神经网络技术进行整定。基于人工神经网络的自动发电控制核-风混合发电系统取得了较好的效果。
