This study focuses on the experience of ensuring the quality of e-education in higher education institutions in Europe and Latin America. The article highlights the approaches that ensure the quality of e-education, as well as an analysis of the policy of universities involved in this area. It was revealed that external agencies for ensuring the quality of education occupy an important position as a supervisory authority in foreign higher education institutions. The process of developing a quality assurance system is characterized by openness and dynamism, therefore it needs to be integrated into the internationalization of education programs and specifically into e-learning. Assessment of the quality of education involves problematic issues, therefore, this phenomenon should be comprehensively investigated.","PeriodicalId":432786,"journal":{"name":"Scientific Research and Development.
