The objective of the new design was to eliminate all the limitations of the conventional connector such as overheating due to improper contact, heavy weight, installation difficulties, etc. The newly developed Trafo-connector has significantly increased reliability of the transformer as it is light in weight, simple to install and maintains low contact resistance.
