摘要

介绍了一种基于全差分第二代电流输送器(FDCCII)的新型电压型双二次型多功能滤波器电路。它是用1个FDCCII、3个电阻和2个电容实现的。该双二次型多功能滤波器可同时实现低通、高通、带通和带阻滤波功能(分别为LP、HP、BP和BR)。所提出的双二次型多功能滤波器实现了不需要任何分量匹配约束的响应滤波。研究了双二次型多功能滤波电路的非理想问题。利用HSPICE仿真测试了双二次型多功能滤波器电路的性能。
