摘要

建立了一种新型小型风力发电机样机控制策略的初步实用方法。提出了所考虑的风能转换系统的结构,分别包括其组成部分和子系统。其中考虑了风力涡轮机、发电机、电子转换器、制动系统及其特性,这些都是在部件建造工程和专门的实验室模型中从理论上或实验上获得的。根据风力发电机组各部件的特性及其运行限制,根据风速变化区间,建立了起动和停止条件、风力发电机组最优运行状态的控制规律、风力发电机组从最优运行状态到额定运行状态的风速变化域及相应的控制规律、大风速控制方法和规律、风力发电机组不同故障状态的制动方法。
