This quantitative research with experimental methods, used questionnaires and observations for collecting the data. This study consisted of three variables (two independent variables: work motivation and work discipline, and one dependent variable: teachers’ performance). From the results of this study it is known that there is an effect of work motivation (x1) on teachers performance (y).
