摘要本研究旨在探讨工作动机与工作纪律对奥库西拉丹县兰诺登加县小学教师绩效的影响。本定量研究采用实验方法，采用问卷调查法和观察法收集数据。本研究包括三个变量(两个自变量:工作动机和工作纪律，一个因变量:教师绩效)。从本研究的结果可知，工作动机(x1)对教师绩效(y)有影响，工作动机的值(15.609)>表(1.66055)，工作动机的显著值(0.00)本文章由计算机程序翻译，如有差异，请以英文原文为准。
